Welcome to Morgan & Nell ("M&N", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Athletes represented by an active NCAA program are responsible for confirming their compliance with governing eligibility rules before engaging agents or clubs.
2. Accounts & roles
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Impersonation, fake credentials, or misrepresenting playing history is grounds for immediate termination.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Athlete, Agent, Featured Postings) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Content & conduct
You retain ownership of the content you upload (film, photos, resumes). You grant M&N a non-exclusive license to display that content to other platform users solely to facilitate recruiting introductions. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, or unsolicited commercial messaging is prohibited.
5. No guarantee of placement
M&N is a technology platform. We do not guarantee tryouts, contracts, salary levels, or that any specific agent or club will respond to your profile.
6. Verification
"Verified" badges reflect a light-touch review of the information you submit. They are not endorsements and do not substitute for your own due diligence.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose the platform to legal risk.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&N is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
