Subscriptions
Athlete and Agent subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Membership page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate refunds for the current billing period.
First-time subscribers
If you subscribe for the first time and haven't used any paid feature (no applications submitted, no premium searches, no premium messaging), email us within 7 days at info@morgannell.com and we'll issue a full refund.
Featured & Premium Postings
Featured and Premium opportunity boosts are one-time purchases that begin immediately. They are non-refundable once the boost is active. If a technical failure prevents your posting from displaying as featured, we'll extend the boost window or refund the purchase — your choice.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account suspension.
