This page describes what data Morgan & Nell collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email, role, password hash. Profile data: measurables, playing history, nationality, passport status, film links, resume, photos, and any other information you add to your profile. Usage data: pages visited, features used, applications submitted, and messages sent between users. Payment data: billing information is handled by Stripe; we store only subscription status and tier.
2. Why we collect it
To operate the platform: match athletes with agents and clubs, surface postings, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and improve the product.
3. Who sees your data
Other platform users see the parts of your profile you make visible to them (film gating and contact details follow your subscription tier). We share data with service providers strictly to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Lovable Cloud (hosting), and email delivery providers.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not sell your data or use third-party ad tracking.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and profile data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@morgannell.com; we will remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
6. Security
Access is controlled through row-level security policies on our database. Passwords are hashed. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure — do not upload material you would not be comfortable sharing with recruiters.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Users in the EU/UK have additional rights under GDPR (portability, restriction, objection). Email info@morgannell.com to exercise them.
8. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app.
